All reporting is done on a FIFO (arrival) basis but has field parameters where necessary to account for the century code changes within dates.

The Bookings Billings Backlog system will serve a wide range of employee audience working both internal and external to the company. It is designed to be batch-updated at the end of each business day and will, therefore, always reflect that status during daily use. Operation programs (.bat files) that process these updates are included in this package for companies using PC based RPG compilers. Sys/38 and AS400 configured companies will need to develop the operation programs (CLP etc.) from these files. Programs that translate ASCII generated PC based data into the Data Base needed for the PC RPG update programs are also included.
