Our Guarantee assumes and is confirmed by your purchase that your decision made to purchase a product from Mnn Software Inc. is done so in good faith.

Our refund Guarantee covers all products purchased from Mnn Software Inc. that we ship to and are received by you. The package and its contents must be returned to MnnSI to initiate a replacement or refund process.

MnnSI will refund the purchase price excluding shipping charges of these paid products if you return the product to us within 30 days from its shipping date and as long as the seal on the package is not broken.

MnnSI will replace paid damaged products. These products must be returned to us within 30 days from its shipping date.

The GENERATOR product purchased and downloaded from the Mnn Software Inc. web is exempt from this Guarantee and is non refundable.

Please contact MnnSI through e-mail, mpc@mnnsi.com, to advise us of your intention to return items covered by this Guarantee before making your return. We urge you to use a preferred shipper such as Federal Express for safe delivery to us should you decide to return your product.
